If you already have a guide in a doc or slides, you don’t need to start from scratch.

1. Upload your existing guide
   • In the study creation flow, choose Upload existing guide and attach your document.
   • Supported formats typically include docx, pdf, or text-like formats similar to other AI study builders.
2. Automatic parsing into blocks
   • The AI turns your document into structured blocks: screeners, sections, questions, and probes.
   • You can merge, split, or reorder blocks to match the flow you want.
3. Tighten wording with prompts
   • Use instructions like “Make questions more conversational,” “Simplify for non-technical users,” or “Remove leading wording.”
   • The AI rewrites within your structure instead of reinventing the study.
4. Align with platform settings
   • Map each question to a question type (open-ended, single select, multi-select, rating, etc.).
   • Confirm which questions are screeners vs main interview questions.
