• Work email address
• Password
• Company name and industry
• Linked workspaces and role visibility
• Credit usage & billing

If your team uses multiple brands, departments, or client environments, account settings should remain user-specific, while access to projects and studies is controlled through workspace roles rather than personal profile edits.

Login and account access

UserTest Pro supports a simple and secure login flow:

1. Go to the login page.
2. Enter your registered work email and password.
3. You will land in your default workspace or the workspace you last used.

For enterprise or agency teams, the product should make it clear which workspace the user is entering after login so there is no confusion between internal and client-facing environments.

Security best practices

Account security should be handled conservatively because research studies often contain customer responses, recordings, prototype links, and pre-launch product material.
