Step 1: Define the business question

Start with a clear question such as:

• Why are users dropping off at checkout?
• Which concept is more appealing?
• What do customers think about this message?

Step 2: Build the study

Create a new study, add the project context, objectives, screener questions, the main set of questions to be asked and the discussion guide. If needed, refine the guide before launch.

Step 3: Recruit participants

Choose one of these recruitment methods:

• UserTest Pro panel
• Or your own participant link

Step 4: Run AI-moderated interviews

Participants complete the interview through the study link. The AI moderator asks the planned questions and relevant follow-ups.
